Respect for personal information

Privacy contact

For access, correction, privacy questions or complaints, call Recyclage.info at 438-842-7778 or use the online contact form (subject: Privacy). Address: 2957 rue Bouthillier, Carignan, Québec J3L 0J3. The enquiry will be directed to the person responsible for personal information.

Data and purpose

We use voluntarily submitted name, contact preference, city, postal code, vehicle details, optional VIN and photographs and messages to review and answer enquiries, manage safety and abuse prevention and meet applicable duties. Do not submit identity documents or payment card information in photos.

Storage and retention

New photos are intended to use private, out-of-web-root storage where hosting permits; uploads must fail closed if secure storage is unavailable. Periodic deletion depends on WordPress scheduling and must be verified on the live server. Requests may be kept as needed for operations and applicable duties; staff access must be restricted.

Your rights and providers

Access, correction and other legal rights may be requested, subject to relevant exceptions. Enquiry details are also emailed to our designated staff inbox for follow-up; private photos are not attached to emails. Hosting and mail providers may process necessary information. Actual retention, access, international transfers and rights-handling must be verified against operational practices.

Technologies

The theme may use aggregate, first-party traffic statistics and save a device-specific appearance preference. Submitting a service enquiry does not give consent for unrelated marketing.
